Return and Refund Policy
At Mentauno, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something is not right, we have made the return process simple and straightforward.
Return Period You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. We cannot accept returns requested after this period.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed, in the same condition as received
- All original tags still attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@mentauno.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval before sending anything back — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
- Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package

Return Shipping Costs If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Mentauno covers return shipping at no cost to you.
If you are returning due to a change of mind, a wrong size ordered, or personal preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the funds.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us via mentauno.com/pages/contact
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item for a refund and place a new order for the desired style, size, or color.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately via mentauno.com/pages/contact and include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange either a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items and items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
Order Cancellations To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible via mentauno.com/pages/contact Cancellations are only possible before the order has entered processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you may request a return after delivery instead.
